Product Marketing Manager within the Communications Sector Last summer, I was interning at a company as a product marketing manager as part of their larger marketing program. When most people think of a product marketing manager, they probably think of someone who just simply markets products to consumers. However, there is so much more to it. Good product marketing managers need to be able to tell a story, and that is exactly what I learned how to do. Unlike the other product marketing managers who were on teams dedicated to marketing actual products, the marketing program placed me on the news team within the communications sector. So instead of focusing on man-made products, my team and I had to tell stories about our man-made products to excite our customers . Who I Am Matters

Where I'm From?  I'm an East Coast girl! Specifically, I am in the southern part of New Jersey, and I am literally 10 minutes away from Philly across a bridge. I could probably walk there if I wanted to. Philly > my hometown for sure though. My town is super small, and the only redeeming thing we have is this store called Wawa, which is like a 7-Eleven but so much better haha. Where I'm Going? Hopefully if things stay as planned, I'm going to Seattle to pursue my marketing career at Microsoft! Where the weather is rainy, and the city is calm. When you really think about it, it's kind of the opposite of LA. But hot take...I actually don't really like LA haha! It's too hot for me! But I really love USC, so that's pretty funny. Fingers crossed I end up liking Seattle though.  🤞 How I'm Getting There? I was thinking about either just taking a plane there....OR I can do a road trip!
